Great location near government building, shops and morning market. Nice running track by the quay. Friendly staff who helped me during flight cancellation by recommending TAIMA STAR, and even arranged transportation to the wharf. Spacious and comfortable designated room.

The location was convenient with lots of stores nearby. the staff was helpful and courteous. They offered complimentary pick up and drop off services at the airport which was a plus. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was a disappointment. the dining area was noisy and disorganized.

Nearby 7-11s, bistros, and morning market all offered a taste of the local life. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, picking us up and dropping us off at the airport with kindness and ease. Our room was immaculate, with a large size and comfortable bed, making for a great night’s sleep.
The breakfast restaurant, while offering tasty food, can be quite noisy and chaotic when crowded with groups or older tourists.

Perfect location with awesome staff. The hotel is located near the airport and main government buildings. They offered a free pick-up and drop-off service at both the airport and harbor. The personnel was incredibly kind and helpful, particularly when my flight was delayed. I got to taste the delicious and traditional local breakfast served in a nearby morning market.
